Peggy Coffeen has dedicated the past 15 years to sitting across the table with dairy farmers around the country, asking questions, telling their stories and connecting them to resources. She is the founder and host of the Uplevel Dairy Podcast and the Uplevel Dairy Young Leaders Podcast. She also served as the dairy and livestock editor for the Agri-View newspaper before spending nine years as an editor and podcast host for Progressive Dairy
Oechsner Farms Oechsner Farms is a seventh-generation farm caring for dairy cattle and growing corn for grain and silage, wheat, high-oil soybeans and alfalfa. Dennis and his brother Dave, nephew Alan, nephew-in-law Tony, and long-time employee Travis farm together. Their wives – including Jeni – play an integral part on the farm as well, along with their assistant herdsman and feeding and milking team. This multi-generational farm leverages each person's skills, the latest technologies and knowledge passed down from those who came before to run a successful business. They are currently in year four of a 10-year transition of ownership.
Ascent Financial Jared is the President and CEO of Ascent Financial, one of Compeer's trusted farm transition planning partners, and acts as the director of consulting. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato and holds his life insurance license, long-term care certification, as well as his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Jared enjoys working for his clients to help them transition their farm and business – something most clients have devoted their lifetimes to building.

Steve is a senior dairy lending specialist at Compeer. His primary role is to provide industry expertise and advice to Compeer’s largest dairy farm clients. He has been an account officer for dairy clients in the Farm Credit System for more than 31 years. Steve graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. He is a member of the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Dairy Business Association.
