Dan is the regional vice president of ag lending and insurance – a key member of the senior leadership team. With over a decade of experience in agribusiness and more than 25 years of leadership, Dan brings significant knowledge to his position.
Credit Officer in the Risk Asset Unit
Josh specializes in swine and cash grain accounts and works across industries. He specializes in structuring loan packages that fit the needs of clients in weaker financial positions and Compeer. Josh enjoys finding creative solutions to improve these client’s financial standing.
Senior Credit Officer in the Risk Asset Unit
Sara has spent the past six years as a senior credit officer of risk. She works with clients facing distress to develop a long-term plan to improve profitability and ultimately a successful, viable operation for the future.
Product Solutions Analyst in Digital Client Interface
Beth specializes in our digital offerings, including MyCompeer, online banking and cash management products. She focuses on promoting awareness and educating others about Compeer’s digital tools and has been with Compeer for nearly four years.
Managing Director of New Markets
Bryan focuses on new growth areas for Compeer which include young, beginning and small programs, socially disadvantaged lending and sustainability/carbon markets. He has spent more than 25 years in the Farm Credit System developing his expertise in diverse industries.
Director of Appraisal
Adam oversees the innovation and data of Compeer’s appraisal business. He is a certified general appraiser with more than 17 years of experience and his Accredited Rural Appraiser designation. His expertise covers everything from bare farmland to complex grain or livestock facilities.
Manager of Tax and Accounting
Christina provides high quality and honest advice to help Compeer clients secure their financial future. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management along with a master’s degree in business, plus is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Farm Tax Specialist.
State Insurance Product Officer
Brandon brings 12 years of experience in the crop insurance sector, with roles including agent, AIP marketing representative and now Compeer team member. Combined with his background as a crop and livestock farmer, he offers a unique perspective to his role.
