ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to persons who are a legal resident residing in Illinois, Minnesota or Wisconsin and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry (the “Entrant”). Business entities are not eligible to participate. Officers, directors, managers and employees (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Compeer Financial (the “Sponsor”) and each of their respective parents subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, licensees, distributors, retailers, dealers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Giveaway are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Giveaway is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Giveaway is void outside of the states of Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Entrant must complete the required portions of the Entry Form, in its entirety, including full name, e-mail address, telephone number and zip code. Then, click the “Submit” button to receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. In order for an entry to be valid, Entrant must have a valid e-mail address and must click the “Enter Now” button.
Limit of one (1) entry per Entrant/email address for the entire Giveaway. Entrant must complete and submit all required information to be eligible to enter. Entries having incomplete information will be disqualified and ineligible to win.
Neither Sponsor nor any Giveaway Entity is responsible for any entry that is late, misdirected or undeliverable, due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential Winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and/or any other methods, including, but not limited to, automated entry, will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Giveaway. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Neither the Sponsor nor Giveaway Administrator will verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
WINNING: The prize winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Prize per person/household. No Prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor; provided no such substitute prize shall be from Sponsor without its prior written consent. Prizes are not transferable prior to award. All Prize Winners consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, image, and/or voice and other indicia of persona for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission or approval.
PRIZE CLAIM: If an email notification is returned as undeliverable or the Prize Winner is unable to be contacted, this will result in disqualification and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected. If the value associated with Prizes may be considered taxable income, the Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Prize. If required by applicable law, the Giveaway Administrator must report the value of the Prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the Prize is received by the Prize Winner and will be reported to the Prize Winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form 1099.
