Redefine the essence of women supporting women. Unlock your inner strength, authenticity and essential connections that make us better friends, partners and women all together.
Delaney grew up on a grain and livestock farm in Southeast Iowa and has been involved in agriculture from a very young age. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Agricultural Sciences and minors in Broadcasting and International Studies from Northwest Missouri State University and a Master’s in Agricultural Communications through Texas Tech University.
Delaney strives to bring the most up to date information on the latest “news cycle” in DC politics, commodity markets, and the international agricultural scene through her travels to 23 countries. You may recognize Delaney from her role as former host of the 46-year-old agribusiness show “Market to Market” or from her daily podcast she launched in 2017, Ag News Daily. In 2018 she launched Global Ag Network, a “herd” of agriculturally focused podcasts, which strive to provide entertaining, informative, and essential information to the agricultural industry.
Joyce Marter is a licensed psychotherapist, entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, and a mental health thought leader. She founded, built, and successfully sold a multimillion-dollar outpatient mental health company. Joyce has served several professional counseling board presidencies on a state and regional level and worked as adjunct faculty at The Family Institute at Northwestern University for fifteen years. She is a contributor to Psychology Today, MoneyGeek, Choosing Therapy, and more.

Tina has been speaking professionally since 2013 with a fairly simple message: women need women. To be successful in the workplace. To feel understood. To feel less alone in the world… women need women. And that’s the message she flies thousands of miles to spread. Her speaking style gives women permission to open up, have honest conversations, and connect. With a combination of authenticity, storytelling, and humor, she’s been able to help hundreds of thousands of women tear down the walls we’ve built between us. Together with her audience, she helps women build relationships with one another, believe in themselves, and take up space at companies, campuses, and organizations.
Her work sets her soul on fire. So does a good nap. An excellent pour of bourbon. A beautiful snow. A peaceful and reflective sunset flight. A well-written West Wing quote. Her husband, her son, her dog, and a Minnesotan accent, of course.
