Eric Snodgrass is the principal atmospheric scientist for Nutrien Ag Solutions, where he develops predictive analytical software solutions to manage weather risk for global production agriculture. Snodgrass provides frequent weather updates that focus on how high-impact weather events influence global agriculture productivity.
His current research uses machine learning to better understand field-level weather impacts on yields and increase confidence in long-range weather prediction. Prior to his work with Nutrien, Snodgrass was director of undergraduate studies for the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Ryan Moe has held various positions in business development and risk management over the last 19 years. With a customer-first focus, he and his teams develop products and services to help create wins for the customer, the industry and the company. In his current role as regional director, he oversees a team of seasoned trading professionals expanding into under-represented segments and geographies.
Moe has served as a seat holder on the Minneapolis Grain Exchange and is involved in various committees geared toward creating opportunities for rural America. That work includes utilizing technology to share the ag service business of the future. In his free time, Moe enjoys spending time with his son, coaching various sports, hunting, fishing and working with his family on their fourth-generation corn and soybean farm in Iowa. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in finance and accounting.
