The Balancing Act: Juggling Roles and Finding Joy
Speaker: Jolene Brown
We have a choice…do we overwork, overwhelm and overload ourselves or might we renew, refresh and restore ourselves? In this fun-filled presentation, we’ll look at what it takes to juggle the multiple roles we carry in our connection to agriculture. We’ll hold up the mirror as we look at our current benchmarks of balance and learn four realistic and applicable ideas to bring perspective and joy into our family and work life. As we celebrate life on the farm, we’ll be laughing at the lessons learned and the joys we can share with our “sisters in agriculture.”
