Take the mystery out of developing a transition plan with this new monthly series. Each session is presented by a transition planning professional Compeer has determined to be uniquely suited to meet the diverse needs of the farm families we serve. Each session will be filled with considerations for your transition plan and the opportunity to meet with the speakers after the program should you wish to work with them directly to develop the right plan for you. Completion of the series sessions and corresponding worksheets will meet eligibility requirements for the Compeer Transition Planning Grant for reimbursement of up to $1,000 of the cost of developing your transition plan. Details will be provided to those who register or upon inquiry at [email protected].
